Some algorithms dealing with curves can be made more efficient if image coordinates
are not recorded as a chain of points (*x*, *y*), but as part of an array.
In such case, use one of the `Flist`, `Flists`, `Dlist`, `Dlists` objects above.
These types can more generally be used to handle any list of *n*-tuple reals, the
case of points in the plane corresponding to *n* = 2.
As for curves, `Dlist` and `Dlists` are the counterpart of `Flist` and `Flists` :
the only difference between them is that values are of type double instead of float.
