saxpb Gain/Offset correction to a Fsignal (a x plus b)

saxpb [-a a] [-s s] [-b b] [-m m] [-k] in out



-a a : set a directly (default: 1.0)

-s s : set a indirectly by selecting the output standart deviation s

-b b : set b directly (default: 0.0)

-m m : set b indirectly by selecting the output mean m

-k : set b indirectly by keeping input mean

in : input Fsignal

out : output Fsignal

This module performs a so-called ``gain-offset correction'' on the Fsignal in to obtain a signal out defined by

out(x) = a . in(x) + b.

The values of a and b can be set directly or indirectly in terms of mean and standart deviation of the output signal.
