The module istkwave1 reconstructs a one-dimensional signal of size N from its one dimensional wavelet decomposition according to the J.L. Starck's algorithm [SBLP94] for a resolution np.
As long as the filters G and H verify G = 1 - H, we just need to add details and approximation for a resolution np in the frequency domain to get the signal back:

$\displaystyle \hat{{c}}_{0}^{}$($\displaystyle \nu$) = $\displaystyle \hat{{c}}_{{np}}^{}$($\displaystyle \nu$) + $\displaystyle \sum_{{j=1}}^{{np}}$$\displaystyle \hat{{w}}_{j}^{}$($\displaystyle \nu$).
